Warren Felty is the
founder of Capitol Contracting Group Inc. and has
extensive experience in contracting and industrial sales. Warren served as a
pilot in WWII flying 17 missions in B-17s before being shot down. Warren served as a prisoner of war for
eighteen months and was awarded; The Purple Heart, Air Medal, American Campaign Medal and the European-African Campaign Medal with
two Bronze Service Stars, World War II Victory Medal, Army Good Conduct
Medal, American Defense Medal, Decoration Air Medal and the Prisoner of War
Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters.

Adam
has recently completed four
years of service in The US Marine Corps, First Marine Division, including two
combat tours in Iraq. Adam served in Fallujah in 2004 in the Regimental
Combat Team One Command Post where he supervised command and control
communication systems. During his service, Adam achieved the rank of Sergeant
and was awarded; The Navy Meritorious Achievement Medal, The Combat Action
Ribbon, The presidential Unit Citation Medal, The Marine Corp Good Conduct
Medal, The National Defense Service Medal, The Iraq Campaign Medal, The Global
War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, The Presidential Unit Citation - Navy, The
SEA Deployment Ribbon and the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Adam
is experienced in residential remodeling, custom kitchens and cabinets, ceramic
tile and general construction.

Mike
has five years experience in commercial construction and security system
installation. Mike is certified in low voltage security systems , fire alarm
systems, CCTV and door access (California). Mike's commercial experience
includes: new construction, residential and commercial remodeling, plumbing,
concrete, framing, flooring, painting, siding and roofing.

Dennis is a native of central Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Elizabethtown College.
Dennis has served as
an Air Force Officer and pilot for
over thirteen years
and holds a commercial, multi engine pilots rating with instrument qualification
and over 2200 hours of flight time including extensive formation experience.
Dennis' multi engine experience includes the Super Constellation C-121, C-130s
and jet experience in the T-38 and 200 combat hours in South East Asia.
Dennis is co
founder and President of Keystone Human Services. Dennis also
has the privilege of serving in many leadership and
volunteer positions in both community and professional organizations. Dennis is a founding board member and Past President of the
Open Stage of Harrisburg and currently serves as Board President of The Susquehanna
Art
Museum and Board Member of Wachovia Bank's Regional Advisory Board.
